Magnolia Career Services LLC was founded by Laura Shipp in July 2021. This business was created out of a passion to help individuals with disabilities achieve their career goals. Our company moto is "Where Careers Bloom." Our team consists of employment specialists that truly advocate for our clients needs to help them bloom and grow in their career.

More About Our Founder

Laura Shipp has made it her life goal to help others. She attended Truett Mcconnell University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. After graduation she went to Liberty University and graduated with a Masters in Professional Counseling. Since then she has held various positions within the counseling and career services industries. She specializes in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them anxiety and stress.
